The patch here is the only one you'd want! It's a complete set. It allows you to play Quake II without the CD and supplies you with new multiplayer levels such as "The Edge", "Tokay's Towers", "The Frag Pipe", "The Lost Hallways", "The Pits", "Lava Tomb" and "The Slimy Place". Simply unzip it into the folder that has QuakeII in it and it will automatically change the symbol to the thick QuakeII logo. That's the one you use for multiplayer. All previousely saved games may not work with the new version. This patch works with both the full and demo version of QuakeII.
